YAAAAAAAAAY!!!'Tempt me at Twilight' is now available for sale!!and i have BOUGHT it...muahahaha...finally..one of my own...the story wasnt as good as i hoped but nevertheless, it was good enough to satisfy me...coz there's CAM ROHAN!!!muahahahahahahaa.....why do book heroes always sound soooo goodlooking but in real life you hardly ever see one....but then, thats why books sell i guess..coz the heroes are um..the product of dreams...but heeheehee...they are truly nice on the imagination...i would know...Cam Rohaaaan~of course..there's also Nikolai Angelovsky..BUT..there's no pic of him..so i have to leave it to my imagination...and Thierry Descoudres(French?or not?i have no idea).who i also dont have a picture of...and Ash Redfern..of the same ilk as Thierry..i.e..NO PICTURE...now lemme see..anyone else?ive seen Elijah Beaumont...(omg..now thats goodlooking..Cam's better tho..)..and i cant find a picture of Nick Gentry....GRUMBLE...

hehe~Julia Quinn is a super writer...i cannot help laughing my head off whenever i read her books...its the way she writes..the humour...just remembering it makes me crack up..and then, there's Terry Goodkind...i cannot help but love his books..the Sword of Truth series...12 books in total.,..the only bad thing about them is..it takes DAMN long to finish one book...for me, about 5 hours...or 4..each book has a minimum of 470 pages..or a maximum of close to 1000 pages..it depends..and each is FILLED with writing..everytime i read one of his books, the first thought i have is 'how on earth does he come up with such creative ideas?' and the second thought,'HOW can he describe so well?in words too...and his characters don't sound stupid'....i really like how the main character, Richard Rahl, grows as the story progresses, from being just a woodsguide to the leader of the D'Haran Empire..and doing it so well despite all odds...must be something about that 'raptor-like gaze' he is described as having scaring ppl till they have jellied knees. its a plus that Kahlan Amnell is by his side...most of the time...yay!..and I can hate the villains in his book so happily...hate them..hate them..especially Jagang-the-idiot-dreamwalker...well, again I say...HOW ON EARTH DOES HE COME UP WITH HIS STORY PLOT!!!...goodness, im so jealous....but i wouldn't recommend this book to those who have delicate tastes in reading...the villains are indeed quite...vicious...and like i said..Terry Goodkind is good at description..in my opinion..even i feel compelled to skip some seriously bloody parts..thank God for Richard that I dont have nightmares..coz in the story, he makes a stand that LIFE is important..everyone has the right to live..and their life is their own..so they should value it...

i want to read something now!!!i have run out of good books to read!!!even comics..coz i have to wait till next month till i can read them...this is what i get for liking to read comics that only come out monthly...grumble..but at least DGrayman came out this month...and i was soooo happy!!coz i got to see Kanda!!and learn something new at the same time...but it just makes me want to know more...hmmph~when i went to onemanga and i saw the label 'DGrayman 188'...my sister and I started screaming 'YAAAAY!!!!!!'...my mom thought we had gone mad...no, we havent..we were just too elated...haha..and then i melted..figuratively speaking..into a puddle when i saw Kanda..coz he is just too, well,..hot...and like i said...its my opinion....i cant wait for next month's DGrayman..and FINALLY...Saiyuki Reload Blast..i cannot wait any more...cultivate patience...cultivate..cultivate...i sound like i'm growing vegetables..

i cannot seem to remember my dreams lately...but i know that i kicked out and hit my foot on my cupboard door...O-U-C-H....and now my toe hurts, i wonder who i was kicking in my dream...i wanna eat SALAMI!!!!I'll bet my dad regrets the day my uncle introduced Gladys and I to salami..coz we now keep asking him to buy more...i think its an acquired taste..coz i remember that in the beginning.. it tasted a bit weird.just like kimchi..and salmon...which i now love and cannot imagine life without...yummm~

i seriously love the weather these few days, its been raining, you see and even during the day, the weather's pretty cool...which is a great change from sweating lakes when it reaches 12pm..plus, at night, now THAT'S the best...and in the morning..everybody knows that grey skies, pouring rain and cool temperatures are the close-to-perfect conditions for sleeping..there are ppl who will disagree, but who cares..I know that at those conditions, i sleep like a log..unless of course, thunder booms. It is admittedly a little bit difficult to sleep through all that clanging and banging unless you happen to be so deep a sleep that nothing can wake you...

oh thank goodness that Mangafox is back on track..i was so afraid that the site was down for good, then i would go crazy...phewphewphewphewphewphew.....

i was chatting with joyce yesterday..she just began playing pet society...and her pet happens to have a mouth with its two front teeth gone...which, to be honest, isn a mouth I would ever choose for my pet..this is how her pet looks like..

as you can see..Boo seems to have lost her front teeth...let me show you and tell you the story of how it happened....

this is wat happened..Kai was sooo happy that Boo has finally deigned to join Pet Society that she forgot to watch her strength and gave Boo a happy punch...and due to the unchecked punch, Boo's two front teeth got knocked out....and hence, Boo has to now spend the rest of her life with a gap between her teeth..end of story....heehee

A little change

hem...been a while..but its not my fault coz my dad took away the modem as my bro and sis were each having exams and POOR ME was supposed to teach them...oh joy...NOT...i go through this every time my bro has exams...the endless questioning..the hair pulling , the frustration...the yelling..im going to have a sore throat..thank God it ends next friday...i will kiss the ground...figuratively speaking..

oh..notice any changes?yes~i have changed the color of my blog...since both huibooie and joyce-the-sotong complain that my blog is dark and scary..and well..black..i dont deny it..i just like it that way..since black and red are two of my favourite colors...so..in deference to their wishes..i have now chosen a lighter color scheme..and hope they dont complain..i even used pink for heavens sake....

and im laughing as i'm reading kim's blog...perhaps i should buy her whitening cream for christmas...

lets see..approximately 5 days ago..my parents went to attend a wedding in kk, leaving me to become the driver...which i must say, i didn't really enjoy..coz i had to wake up at 5.30am on Sat, make breakfast AND somehow get those two siblings of mine to WAKE UP..and i really hate waking up early...ive been waking up early almost everyday since 2000, when we left primary 3(where classes are in the afternoon) and entered primary 4(which is in the morning)...and so yes, i've always hated waking up early.

i understand the wisdom of 'early to bed, early to rise' or vice versa, but understanding it doesnt mean I have to do it..H-A-H.so yes..back to story.i managed to get those two pigs up and abt and by lots of whining and yelling, managed to get them to school before 7am...AMAZING...especially for my brother...that had to be the first time he was early to school this year.coz he is ALWAYS late.i wonder if any of his classmates expressed great shock...then i went back home..and went back to sleep(against mom's orders)until 11plus...ehehehe...if my mom knew...she would kill me..then i had to clear up the house a bit and THEN go pick them up from school.

well, i knew i should have gone earlier, coz there was this nice traffic jam stretching for quite a long distance...and i sat at the wheel..with my face looking like this --> T.T...and i cursed a few times....until i finally got to where i wanted to be.there is this place opposite our school,some government or school building, where u can park and wait..well, yay, there was still a place for me where i loved to park most(coz its easy to park in that place)and so in a few seconds, i was snug as a bug...until i realised that i was kinda blocking a car that had parked in the space beneath the building..normally,it wouldn't be much of a problem since the owner of the car was not in the car itself, but what if he returned?u see, where i parked, i had a leetle disadvantage...if the owner came back and decided to leave..the only place i could go was out to the main road..and then i wont know how to get back in safely..and so i was panicking and panicking and thinking..'those two idiots better get out here before tht car owner comes back or i'll KILL them...'they were supposed to come out at 12.35..but they ended up coming out at 12.50...and as fate would have had it...before that, the car owner came....[cue music in the tune of 'this is the end!!']..this is the situation...

well,just in time..the car in the second space..the one with the longest label..it left...so i just turned right into it...and once the car inside left, i reversed back out...and just at that moment, lo and behold, my two siblings came..........and i erupted...couldnt they just come out one minute earlier????then i wouldn have to face SO MUCH trouble!!!!AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGHHH!!!!

and then..that night..i had a little unfortunate accident...its also the fault of those two siblings...coz for dinner we cooked some kind of sauteed mushrooms..and they wanted me to cook it again..I was really reluctant at first, but finally i gave in...mushrooms, the button kind, are stored in a can, so need a can opener.but sometimes, the cover of the can doesnt come off completely and remains attached to the can by this tiny sliver of metal, in which you either push the cover inwards or pull it outwards to break the sliver...I opted to push it..and those two kept chattering and i wasnt cautious...plus, i was in some kinda bad mood over cooking again..so i think i was saying some not very nice things..just as i pressed down on the cover...it gave way...and so did my skin..coz by pure bad luck..my thumb was above the cover where the sliver was..so when the cover snapped free and went down, my thumb too went down with the force of my push and the sliver sliced into my flesh....O-U-C-H...and it wouldnt stop bleeding...T.T... those two began screaming...and I hadn't even made a single sound...except to say, 'ow'...one wouldve thought that they were the ones who got cut instead..but oh well..kept a tissue pressed to it..and tried to stop the bleeding...and to my misfortune.....

ok...a few days ago, or the last time i checked actually...there were ALOT left...then Ernest sheepishly admitted to using all of them because the skin of his finger came out or something like that....over 50 plasters im sure...he used them all...i was super pissed..coz that meant i had to go upstairs and dig into my wardrobe for an elusive memory of plasters i stored there...in other words...im not even sure if they're there or my memory is playing tricks on me..but i found them...they're quite cute..with patterns of zebra skin, leopard skin, tigerskin on them..

and one final misfortune...later, it was my responsibility to hang up the clothes to dry...u know how clothespins have this spring thingy so that they will remain closed?so when u open them u have to use force?well, yes..when i was holding on of them open, my finger slipped, and it recoiled and hit me...you guessed it..RIGHT WHERE I CUT MYSELF EARLIER...the PAIN!!!!!!!i yelped for sometime after that..and handled the clothespins with my left hand after that..NO WAY am I risking my injury a second time....

my brother and sister said that its divine punishment...coz they said i was saying bad words...well, i think i was saying something, as i mentioned above..but for the life of me, i cannot remember what i said...and they cant remember it either..and(after i um..reprimanded them), they had to wash the dishes, coz i cant now...its kinda cool to look at the injury afterwards..coz u can see where the flesh got sliced so neatly...i estimate the injury to be about 0.1-0.2mm deep and 0.5-0.6mm long...

I have recently been on a 'Japanese boyband craze'...ahahaha..sure enough..I'll always love Japan more than I can ever love Korea..which i dont love by the way..i cant even like DBSK that much..
well..yes~i stumbled upon a video in youtube that shows Yamada Ryosuke of HeySay Jump dancing...and when i watched it...by the end..i was like this..O.O...that boy can MOVE man...and of course at the same time, i was doing silent screaming..coz he was just SO CUTE!!!especially that smile!![melting into puddle]...his english pronunciation is quite good too...although he did say some weird things..like during one instance during a game show called 'School Kakumei'..they were playing this game in which there is this screen that shows a Japanese word..and there will be someone who is facing away from the screen..i.e..cannot see whats on the screen,..then its the job of the guest stars..in this case, Yamada Ryosuke, Yuri Chinen and some other guys..to take turns using English to try and give hints to the person facin away from the screen until he/she manages to guess the Japanese word..

this is how it looks like..and these are the guest stars..Ryosuke's d one standing up..

well the first word Ryosuke got was..'Katsura'..which means 'wig' in English..and he has this look on his face..

then here goes

(which has absolutely nothing to do with wigs..i think he was panicking and saying any word that came to his head..coz he was moving his hands and fingers in such a way that told everyone that he was squeezing out all his brain juices)

(now this made me laugh out loud'
Ryosuke.'Kapa kapa.'(with motions at his head)

(at this..everyone in the place burst into laughter..while his fellow guest stars grabbed his hands..coz he isnt supposed to use his hands while giving hints..and roared with laughter,himself included)

Ryosuke.'what's that?'(he's laughing too..coz he doesn even know d meaning of what he just said)

as u can see..it totally doesnt make sense..and has absolutely nothing to do with M-1 Grand Prx
woman.'Hokane no ichiban no comedian'(I don't think my spelling is right here)..u can see her face beginning to laugh after she said that

the guest stars all went..'ahh..what a hard one...'and u can see this look on Ryosuke's face as he brainstorms for the right words..

and he kept flourishing his right arm...

and u can see that the guest star behind him bursts into laughter..
woman.'Aoi maru?(literally 'blue circle')...aoi maru??'
she moves her hands in the form of a circle, bewilderment on her face

Ryosuke(one hand at his chin)..'Blue cat,'

the woman looks even more puzzled

woman.'Aoi neko??'(Blue cat)

Ryosuke then says the final clue..

Ryosuke.'Robot..robot.'

realisation dawns on the woman's face...

woman.'Ah, i got it!! Is that..Doraemon?!'

and so..Ryosuke managed to do it...^^..YAY!!!!

ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!TODAY!!!YEA~!!!oh super happy...ive been waiting for YEARS for my birthday to finally fall back on a sunday...but it seemed that I would never get my wish...so lucky that last year's a leap year..which means..extra day~..in actual reality..my bday's supposed to be on Saturday...for now.I love leap years...wahahaha....now lets see..theres so much to say and not enough time to say it..i'll start with yesterday..the 26th of Sept..where we had the pre-anniversary dinner at Manggis Mall..i had fun~definitely...our dance rockz!!!but i thnk i looked stupid..somehow...managed to breeze thru the moves without any major mistakes...but throughout the 2nd dance, there was one thought in my head..which was..'darn...how transparent is this shirt under the spotlights anyway?' coz i cant exactly look down to check, right?

and the food was good..Cindy and Ammeliney didnt like the some of the appetizers(mussels and jellyfish) so guess who had extra helpings?[grin]by the time we reached the fried rice course i was stuffed to the gills...so FULL!!!ok...how come i can seem to remember what I wanted to say?oh YEAH!!!Creature of Darkness a.k.a Gladys, Ammeliney and I were laughing like mental hospital runaways sometime near the middle of the whole occasion..its the kind of laughter that when you are normal and sane, you dn't think its that funny..but at the time..it is HILARIOUS...I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe...It started with my sis and Ammeline saying lame jokes..like the one that goes..'there are two buns in an oven..a big bun and a small bun...the big bun turned to the small bun and said ''its hot in here'' and the smallbun went ''oooh, a talking bun!!'' '....T.T...i was like.LAME!!! ToT...and yes..in a way..its darn funny..and it set Ammeline off..she said herself that she laughs easily..then my sis said another one..slightly racist sounding..'What do you call two black ppl under a red blanket?'..answer..'KIT KAT'...i tell you..that one was so lame that I couldnt even laugh...and since im so sleepy..i shall continue this post tomorrow...and pretend that its still the 27th..ok?nights for now~
I'M BAAACK!!!and now I shall proceed to upload pictures of my bday prezzies!!here's Yieng's!!!I was sooo happy man...I ate Excapade coz Misato wasnt open..darn restaurant just HAD to have renovations on my birthday..so next best is Excapade..then Yieng called to ask where I was..and then later she drove all the way from home to Excapade just to give me my prezzie(this is what my sis told me..she said that Theng told her)..Its hard to describe how i felt..i was just sooo happy to see her..she's returning to UK...

YES~its what u think it is...ITS A MOBILE PHONE!!!!MY DAD BOUGHT ME A MOBILE PHONE!!!YAY!!!!I WAS SO HAPPIE!!!!!with one exception..I love it..but i love my previous phone more..this one has no mirrored surface to look at urself...when i asked my dad how come he didn buy the same one..he said there was no more.....i never knew that phones run out so fast..even less popular models..at least I THINK my 7310 had been a less popular model..who know if its actually super popular....mobile phone!lalalala~mobile phoneee...

well..that's all d presents i've received till now..my dear joycey and huibooie owe me..muahahahha...and so does grace and char..n amos..n gab,..and and and and..hehehe..what am i saying....

our choir singing for the fortieth anniversary went better than i expected..and I realised one thing...many parents would die for the chance to stand next to their child while singing together..lemme explain..my mom and I ended up standing next to each other in the place arrangements for the choir this time...neither of us planned it..its coz I'm singing first soprano..(and with the exception of Cindy,..none of my other friends did..T.T..abandonment~)and so is my mom...and I'm taller than her..while the other person next to my mom is shorter than her..so there you go..neither of us thought anything of it either..but then on the day of the performance..after the service..my mom told me one uncle told her he was so envious of us both..he said that by the time his daughter gets to the age where she can sing in the choir, he would be old and unable to sing..I was very surprised..what I said was..'HUH?is it such a big deal when mother and daughter stand together and sing?'...my mum had a similar response...that uncle also said that throughout the whole song he was looking at me and my mom, the only mother-daughter pair in the choir that stood next to each other, and he looked at no one else...wow..I really didn't know it was such a big deal for parents...even later when we were eating lunch at Curry House..Grace's parents and the others were commenting..how envious they were..and are we sure we didn't plan to stand together and the such..so I came to the conclusion that most parents long to have such chances together with their children.....APPRECIATE YOUR TIME WITH YOUR PARENTS...but i can say honestly that I was glad to stand next to my mom...throughout all the practices, she was the recipient of all the little complaints and comments I had..like when I was complaining that my feet were sore..and they were VERY SORE....seriously..i could feel my legs aching..i kept shifting from foot to foot..or when I heard some out-of-tune..or when i was wondering why our conductor gave us the wrong key to start on..or when i heard amos making weird noises somewhere behind me...realy weird noises..OH YEAH!!I REMEMBER SOMETHING!!!on Friday, two days prior to Sunday, the 27th, we were at Manggis Mall rehearsing...and both Amos and I hadn't had our dinner, me having rushed to be on time(blaming my siblings here)..and amos, i dunno lar...well,yes as i was saying, neither of us had had dinner...so after rehearsal, we went to eat Sugarbun while our parents rehearsed..with Renwei and Siang Thai...he and I both had curry...and he ate DOUBLE portion...okay..thats not the main point..he had mentioned that he hd a bit of a sore throat..i advised him against eating curry but he said he didn't care, he had a craving for it...then on Sat, he told me that his voice was vanishing..and i told him 'Who told you to eat curry that day?...you MUST sing tomorrow ah..'...and then he 'exercised' his voice by letting out some noises that can't be described...but if i had to say, it sounds rather like a cat that got its tail stamped on..well..then on the day itself...his voice was in even worse condition..he then told me that he woke up every hour the night before to drink water and use the bathroom..and I was laughing and laughing....oh, and he let out even more of those weird noises to test his voice...and THEN just before we were going to go on the stage, we were all standing up...my mom and I heard even weirder noises behind us..i knew immediately who made them but my mom didnt know...and she turned around in surprise..whee..it was amos..and he ws making bullfrog-ish sounds in an attempt to make sure he could still sing at that pitch...i was hard-pressed not to laugh out loud..HARHARHAR!!!and then~after the service..amos lost most of his voice..he couldn't even call out loud enough to summon Gabriel over..ok..after the service, they gave me a surprise..its d day of my bday...and I didn't even see it coming.evryone vanished after the service..everyone as in my friends, except for huibooie...I had noticed them all gathering together near the stairs but didn't notice anything suspicious about it as all us teens like to gather together after service...then Grace reappeared with Gabriel to exhort me to go eat downstairs...(later she told me that she had been given the task to get me downstairs but didn't know how to do it without arousing my suspicion..so she dragged Gabriel along...she needn't have worried however as I didnt suspect a thing)...I ate..then I was going to wash my hands in the kitchen and Grace seemed really anxious..she tried to stop me, calling me..but then she calmed down(she told me later that she was afraid that they were all still at the back lighting candles..and then I would see it and the surprise would be spoilt..can u believe that I still didn't even suspect at that point?)..then she told me to go outside to talk...and let me tell u..thats something we do all the time so it wasnt suspicious...and I noticed Isaac hovering around,following behind me with a camera..BUT i didnt suspect anything again..i shouldve guessed however..the minute I stepped out and looked left, i saw them all and they burst into a chorus of 'Happy birthday to yoouuu..'I was seriously surprised..like..for real..my first instinct was to flee back inside but i stopped myself..then Grace dragged me over..a lot of them were holding a small cupcake with a lighted candle embedded in it..and all were half-yelling,'blow mine!!blow mine!!'...and Isaac was hovering around with the camera...i had fun~hehehe..and I didnt get to blow Gladys' one coz it fell..and RW's coz the wind decided to help me...then they all piled the cakes into my hands like a cupcake pyramid..and proceeded to take pics..i thin they were enjoying seeing me try to balance the very unbalanced tower of cupcakes,,HAHA!!!took many many pics...and I look so fat in all of them..ergh..i was sooo happy!!!and vry touched...especially becoz of Aunty TongChing..it was her apparently who organised it...haha!!

Yieng left two days ago...and im still depressed over it..it happened so fast..i didnt get to say goodbye properly..and it was so hard to smile when its the last thing i felt like doing..im happy that Yieng can go back to study..and all..but I really really didnt want her to leave..it felt even more like a goodbye than the last time..i was so happy to see her again and spend time with her..great,,now i feel like crying again..i felt like I didn't spend enough time with her, didn't get to talk to her enough, didn't get to hug her enough..I just felt like something was gone..i realised over again how important it was to me to be able to have her in brunei..where i could see her face-to-face..and to also realise that to hear her voice talking to me was so important..i know that as long as we both are in this world, I'll be able to see her again..but each parting, no matter who, is significant in its own way and painful in its own way...its not like its a mere holiday...everyone seemed so happy, shouting goodbye to her..i knew in my heart that they were all sad to see her go..and that there were no tears yet coz it was so fast..coz she was late and hd to run and that they would probably feel it later.but for me...I felt it really acutely when i watched her go in...its painful and horrible..i was rather glad that i ended up at the back of the crowd of my friends..at least they couldnt see my expression..and I just watched when some of them gave her final hugs and she went in...then I turned away and told my father to go now...I really wanted to cry, and if I stayed any longer, I would..i was just that close to tears-pouring-down-cheeks...i guess words are insufficient to express much..as far as i saw(like i said..as far as i saw..and i couldnt see really clearly then.)no one else was close to tears..(i dont know abt huibooie..and i know her mom n sis were also that close to crying)..was i the only one at that time that felt that I couldn't bear it?that if i opened my mouth to say something, i would cry?...it didnt help that I hadn been able to ask her if she had been a leetle mad at me on monday..coz i couldn help but be a little paranoid..and maybe not even paranoid..what if it's true?..i just want to know,guess i'll have to somehow dare to ask her..like now..

Well...suffice it to say that im going to be depressed for the better part of this week..Renwei says he had been trying to cheer me up that day.,..I hadn't known that my mood was so obvious..buts its seriously hard to smile when your chest feels tight...sigh...there're still things i want to write about that day, but they have eluded me for the time being..so nevermind..
